Hey look, I finally broke my artist's block!

I don't mind spending every day

This pic was inspired by She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5. The lyrics at the bottom say "please don't try so hard to say goodbye," which is sung in the background at the very end of the song.

What I love about L and Raito is that, unlike a lot of yaoi out there, they are extremely, extremely plausible as an actual couple. Which makes drawing them more fun! I love them.

This is, if you haven't guessed, supposed to take place on the roof in episode 25 of the anime. The idea of it is that L doesn't want Raito to walk away, I guess. I had a lot of fun colouring this, although I had to alter the lineart once it got scanned in...and doing that with a retarded mouse can be a pain.

FUN FACT: YOU CAN SEE L'S YUMMY SKIN THROUGH HIS DELICIOUSLY SOAKED TO THE BONE WHITE SHIRT. Although it did get faded 'cause of the fog. Just thought I'd point that out, seeing as the anime FAILS to provide us with that TINY bit of fan service. >:[

So yeah, this was an attempt to break artist's block. An attempt that succeeded! So now I'm gonna get back to doing the art I owe people. I spilled soda all over the sketchbook that they were all in, so...harr. 8] School's starting in a week, but I finished my project so I should be freeee.

Yeah. I'm proud of it. x]
